This guy’s girlfriend is really a keeper, since not only did she let her boyfriend get this balloon hat, but she is willingly walking around with him wearing it and even agreed to be photographed with it on him.

Las Vegas is located in the middle of the desert, so it’s pretty normal for there to be some strange weather going on from time to time. During this particular lightning storm, a lot of people noticed a cloud formation that looked a lot like Emperor Palpatine from Star Wars.
