What To Do

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees and prepare a baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil.

In a bowl, mix together the turkey, onion, egg, garlic, panko, parsley, dill, salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes. Mix in the feta cheese and gently mix everything together so that the cheese has evenly been distributed.

Using a tablespoon, scoop to tablespoons worth of the mixture and form into meatballs, you should have about 16 total.

Grease the aluminum foil on the baking sheet and place the meatballs on the foil with enough space between them. Roll them around gently to coat them in the oil.

Bake the meatballs for about 18 to 20 minutes or until they have become golden brown and are fully cooked though. You can check with a meat thermometer.

In the meantime, make your sauce. In a medium bowl, mix together the yogurt and lemon juice and season as you like with salt and pepper.

Spread the yogurt around on a plate, then place the finished meatballs on top. Sprinkle with the chopped parsley and dill and serve with lemon wedges.

If you want, for a variation you can sneak some spinach or sauteed kale into the meatballs as well.
