What You Need
1 leftover pumpkin pie
10 graham cracker squares
2 bars chocolate
5 marshmallows
warm caramel
What To Do
Use a paring knife to cut up the pumpkin pie into squares that fit the graham cracker squares.
Roast your marshmallows – if you’re a campfire, then you can do it the outdoorsy way. However, if you’re at home, you can easily roast them on the stove, or better yet, you can also roast them in the oven until they are golden brown.
Melt down the chocolate in a bain marie or slowly and carefully in the microwave making sure you don’t burn it accidentally.
Spread some chocolate on a graham cracker, place the pumpkin pie square on top, top it with a roasted marshmallow, and drizzle everything with the warm caramel before sandwiching everything with a second graham cracker square.
If you’d like, you can also stack the squares of graham crackers with the chocolate pieces and melt them in the oven.
